I turned my grandmothers Poppyseed Cake recipe into a muffin and it’s truly a dream.Light, airy, and with a hint of sweetness; topped with just a touch of lemon drizzle… this is almost sinful to have in the morning.I can guarantee you’ve never tried a muffin like this one… so many memories in this recipe…one of my absolute favorites to bake.
